Need to send us art files?

Please review the following guidelines before submitting your graphics.
Upload Art
  • Full, native, layered files (Illustrator .ai, or InDesign .indd preferred)
  • CMYK color mode
  • Include a 2” bleed on all sides
  • All images must be a minimum of 150 dpi at output size
  • Linked images only with included image files. Do not embed images.
  • All fonts must be outlined or converted to vector objects
  • Call out any Pantone colors as needed in the art file. If Pantone colors are not available but color matching is key, please provide a printed sample to match.
  • InDesign files must be packaged with all linked images and fonts included.
  • Proofs available only upon request. There is no charge for PDF Proofs, but there is a small fee for Physical Proofs.
