Ciara and the Astor Group team set high expectations for service and deliver, which is why they continue to be my sole vendor for all things exhibit-related. With the launching of our rebrand, plus a new solution offering, at one of our largest national shows, the stakes were high to impress Payer Compass stakeholders, clients, competitors and potential business. From conception to fruition, Ciara turned my requests into smart recommendations on the booth selection – design and flow, demo capability, storage and spend. The end result: the booth was a huge hit! I couldn’t have been happier or prouder seeing such a bold, crisp, functional display…and neither could our leadership and sales teams, not to mention, the feedback from the show floor was positive.
And, of overlooked importance, the packing job was impeccable – the cut-outs for the pieces were very helpful for the labor crew and reassuring for me that all items would ship securely and without damage.
